Parag is a Downstream Bioprocess Developer with more than a decade of industrial experience. Parag have made significant contributions to downstream process development of wide range of modalities like AAV viral vectors, recombinant proteins, Insulins, mAbs and fragments, peptides, fusion proteins and PEGylated proteins. His core expertise encompasses chromatography, filtration, lyophilization, scale up, Tech Transfer and process characterization. Parag is driven by innovations in downstream space to improve the process and technology. Currently, he is leading the Gene therapy Downstream Process Development team at UCB, Belgium with focus on CMC development.  Prior to working with UCB, Parag was associated with multiple Biopharma companies in India. Besides his professional commitments, he is an avid globetrotter, helping him to be dynamic and curious.
